Maybe try to go find something to take your mind off of things? Go draw or talk to a close friend? And do know people care out there. Don't ever think that they don't.

Do you know the source of why you are having these anxiety attacks? Anon here just trying to help is all.
They just come suddenly, usually for no reason at all. Sometimes just by a sad thought that my anxiety blows out of proportion.

Before I go, does anyone have any advice on how to deal with anxiety/panic attacks?
